Dear customer,
Together with our delivery partners (DPD, DHL, Fedex), we offer a fast and trustworthy delivery service from Germany to Switzerland. If we see a Swiss delivery address, we will indicate in the order confirmation as well as in the invoice the net prices only, since the German value-added tax (VAT) does not need to be paid. Although various duties will be payable during the import process in Switzerland, we would like to give you a short overview of payable fees.
Applicable fees
When it comes to importation in Switzerland, the usual VAT rate would be 8% of the product’s value. Customs fees of about Fr. 30 are to be added, which must be paid at reception of goods. The delivery costs are fully taken on by us. Apart from the Swiss VAT and duty fees, there are no extra customs fees or processing fees to pay.
Regular delivery times and express delivery
The whole import process will be organised and effected by our delivery partners. This means that apart from the normal ordering information, no declarations nor operations are required. Thank to our experience, we know of the necessary declarations and procedures for a smooth and fast import in Switzerland. On that basis, we can guarantee our regular production and delivery time of 3 to 5 weeks for Switzerland too. If a pin must be delivered faster to Switzerland, we offer the prioritisation of your order for a small extra charge, thanks to which a 3-week delivery time of the pin can be guaranteed.
German delivery address and Swiss billing address
In the case of a German delivery address but billing address in Switzerland, the 19% German VAT rates will be applicable, as well as customs duties.
