In order to make the way to your own, individually designed pin as easy as possible, we could like to explain the process from first contact to receipt of your desired pin, step by step.
First step - first contact:
Using our contact form, found on the right side of each article category, you can simply and easily chare your wishes with us. It is already structured so that all relevant information is asked within it.
Needless to say, you can also contact us per email, phone or fax. Simply share with us by any means all details about your desired design, delivery date, type of desired pins, their size, quantity and your preferred alloying, as well as eventual requests concerning packaging, and fill in your contact information.
Should you already have a motif at hand for your pins that you wish to use as template, you can send it easily with the request form or attached to the email, ideally in vector format such as .ai, .cdr., .eps or in pdf format. Conventional formats such as .jpg, .png or .tif are of course also handled.
If there is no template yet, we will have our graphic designers work out your ideas as a new design based on your description.
Second step - the non-binding design suggestion:
Once we have received all necessary information from you and cleared all open questions, we immediately start working out a personalised design suggestion for you. For this step, all your ideas and expectations are used for the designing of your desired pin.
After the design period, we send you a quote with a proof sheet. Based on this template, you can have your design reviewed as many times as necessary, until all your desires are realised.
Your satisfaction is our most important requirement.
Third step - production approval:
As soon as you are satisfied with the design and quotation, you have to confirm us your order. For this purpose, you approve the production of your desired pin which can then be manufactured in your desired quantity.
Fourth step - the joy of a finished pin:
This last step of the order process is especially important for us. When you hold the personalised pin you desired in your hand three to five weeks after production approval, we hope that you can be delighted about it and enjoy it.
Should you need more pins with this design template in the future, simple and easy post-production is no problem at all. We carefully keep the template for you and can quickly process a reorder. In addition, no initial costs for the drafting of your design allow us to present you with an even more advantageous quote for the production.
