Which production techniques can I choose from for self-designed pins?

When your design your pins online, you can choose from different production techniques: soft enamel pins show off bright colours and are convincing for a very reasonable price. If you choose hard enamel pins, you will receive a piece of jewellery, suitable for special events and a limited number of copies. Pins manufactured with the sand-blasting technique and gold or silver plated are particularly elegant: the interplay of shiny and matt surfaces ensures a high-quality look. Pins with an antique finish and stamped with a relief allow for an aged and antique look with a smooth feel. Finally, screen or offset printing makes it possible to manufacture any motif in the form of a pins, including colours inlays.

How can I make and order my own pins?

We will prepare your order and submit to you a non-binding design suggestion. As soon as you approve of it, we will begin the manufacture of your pins with the desired workmanship techniques and quantity.

What design options are available for self-made pins?

On top of the five production techniques (soft enamel, hard enamel, sand blast effect, antique finish and printed pins), many methods of attachment can be chosen from. Alongside the common butterfly fastener, we have magnetic fasteners, brooch pins, long pins with protective caps and the more elegant option of screw caps. The magnetic fasteners are suitable for careful attachment to expensive suits and shirts. For prizes, we suggest either the long pins with protective caps for men or the brooch pins for a fastening on women’s blouses. The butterfly fastener is our economical standard fastening option, suitable for any imaginable use such as advertisement pins. You can then choose the metal colour of your self-made pins that would be best for your design amongst our many metal finishing options. Our metal alloys enjoy great popularity with gold, silver, bronze or copper plating. The sand blast effect on the metal surface or the application of a special patina can also achieve a very elegant silky mat effect or an antiquated look.

Our reverse-side overprint also enjoys great popularity: contact information or advertising messages can be added to the personalised pins thanks to the reverse-side overprint. The company’s homepage or an address with a phone number can be displayed on advertisement pins. A customised engraving can personalise each pin. For example, limited edition pins with consecutive numbers can be ordered.

What packaging options are available?

We offer a wide range of packaging options. All our pins are packaged in a sealed bag by default, protecting them from scratches. On top of this option, we also have different cases and velvet pouches which allow for a beautiful display as well as protection. The cases are especially popular for festive handouts.
